Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): These are all compounds that, when released into the atmosphere, can be harmful to health and cause significant damage to the environment. Terrazzo systems do not contain this type of compound, neither in their RS nor TH versions. Because it is a non-porous surface, terrazzo does not promote the growth of microbes, helping to maintain cleanliness and air quality.

Durability and low maintenance...

Traditional continuous terrazzo holds the record for longevity of pavements with a life cycle similar to that of the building itself; this fact is aided by the easy restoration of the pavement simply by treating its surface to recover its initial luster.

Additionally, the maintenance of continuous terrazzo is simple, energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.
